Need Food
The Newmarket Food Pantry supplies 7-10 days of emergency food support to the residents of Newmarket and East Gwillimbury. We rely almost entirely on donations from our community. The food items you receive will vary month to month based on availability and donations.
First-time visitor?
Registration is required, choose an option from the below list to register your household
- In-person, before the first visit (allow 15 minutes)

In order to receive food, please bring Identification with proof of address (license, mail, or other) for everyone in your household.
You may choose ONE service each month
Choose one of the following appointment options:
- In person shopping
- Delivery
- Walk-in hamper pick up
Shopping Appointments
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays: 9:30am to 1:00pm, shopping.
Wednesday evening: 5:00pm to 6:00pm, shopping.
Friday: 9:30am to 12:00pm, walk-in hamper pick up (no appointment needed).

Delivery Appointments
If you are unable to come to the Pantry you may book a delivery appointment.
Deliveries arrive on Thursday mornings between 9:00am -12:00pm. Someone must be home to receive your food. To book a delivery appointment call our office at 905-895-6823 x120.
