NEWMARKET FOOD PANTRY

We provide emergency food relief and poverty reduction strategies for our neighbours in need facing hunger and food insecurity. By partnering with local organizations, donors, and volunteers, we strive to ensure that no one in our community goes without the basic nourishment they need to thrive. Together, we will realize our vision of a community free from hunger.

THE NEWMARKET FOOD PANTRY HAS BEEN SERVING OUR COMMUNITY SINCE 1986.

By providing access to nutritious food and essential resources, we empower our neighbours in need to overcome challenges and build a path toward stability. Each meal we provide is not just nourishment; it’s a step towards greater well-being, dignity, and opportunity. Our work creates a ripple effect, inspiring hope and improves lives, while helping to break the cycle of hunger in our community.

OUR FEATURED PARTNERS

Local restaurants and grocery stores play a vital role in fighting hunger. By donating surplus food, they help the Newmarket Food Pantry provide fresh, nutritious items to families in need, while also reducing food waste. Whether it’s bakery items, produce, canned goods, dairy, or prepared meals that are still safe to distribute, every donation makes a difference. Together, we are building a stronger, more food-secure community.
